Our Mission
At Operator Club Fundraiser Program, we strive to empower communities by providing innovative fundraising solutions. Our focus is on creating sustainable fundraising opportunities that drive impact and support local initiatives. Operator Club is a Veteran and Minority woman owned small batch craft roastery located in Caldwell, Idaho. We offer a fundraiser program and work closely with Veteran and First Responder nonprofits as well as youth fundraising groups to assist them in raising money quickly and effectively with a product line people literally line up for… COFFEE!
Clients have raised thousands of dollars in a week using this program, and with a residual benefit, it just keeps going! We focus on keeping it easy and working to provide an awesome product! One last thing… every single product that goes out our door generates a give back to a Veteran and/or First Responder nonprofit, even on this fundraiser program so know you are helping your organization as well as some heroes with every single bag of coffee you move!
Fundraiser Options Powered By Operator Club
Local Pre-Sell
If your focus will be local and you have a large group to drive a sale, such as a youth football team or hockey club. We provide an order form that contains select best-selling product offerings within the Operator Coffee lineup, such as light, medium, and dark roasts, decaf, espresso bagged ground and whole bean coffees, k-cups, hot chocolate and protein coffee creamer. The selling organization gets a pricelist and a recommended selling price, which will determine what they can make per unit for the organization (around 40-50%) and they hit their family, neighbors, friends, etc to run a pre-sale for a set amount of time. The organization is making as much as $8.00 per bag of coffee sold, $5.00 per bag of hot chocolate and box of k-cups, and $25.00 per bag of protein creamer.
Nationwide Network Drive
If your strength is a national network such as a Veteran nonprofit membership program, and you aren’t really set up for a sale locally, then this option is for you! We will provide you with a discount code for your network. Your organization drives this out to your network on social, phone, email, mailing list, or however you reach your network with information. The discount code provides 10% off their purchase, can be used over and over, and they can share with anyone! Each time an order is placed, a $$ amount per unit will be provided to your organization depending on product. We will provide a detailed list of payouts by product, but on coffee – it is roughly $2.00 per bag! If you had a network of 1000 people and they bought or shared with others to buy 10 bags of coffee, this would generate $20,000 for your organization! Many membership programs have thousands of members who support their mission, and this can pay off quickly. This is a residual program as well and is planned for long term benefit to any organization we work with.
Custom Branded
Want your own coffee brand!? You can either do labeled bags or pre-printed bags, and we can build your own line of coffee. Choose from light, medium, dark, French roast, espresso, or all the above! Minimums apply but provide you with the opportunity to launch your own product and grow a brand among your networks.
Mix of Options
Many of our fundraising partners see value in more than one of the first three options and we can work with you to do a mix of those options. You may want to push the full line of Operator Coffee, but also have your own roast. You may want to buy bags up front for an event and sell them much like a dealer would. You may want to get a bulk bag of coffee and sell cups of drip coffee at an event. You may want to sell locally and push nationally. All these options are possible, and we will work with you to build your custom option that maximizes impact on your network.
